Volcanic Honey: Papua New Guinea
Sweet Power from the Highlands
Grown in the rugged mountains of Papua New Guinea, this coffee is rooted in volcanic soil that gives it structure, depth, and natural sweetness. At 1,350 meters above sea level in Chimbu Province, smallholder cooperatives cultivate Bourbon and Typica trees that thrive in mineral-rich loam and cool mountain air.
Our medium roast unlocks layered notes of caramel, honey, and ripe fruit, balanced by a clean body and smooth finish. The fully washed process sharpens clarity and aromatics, while sun drying preserves sweetness and nuance.
